Refund, Cancellation & Adjustment Policy

At Himachal Mysteries, we specialize in both pre-designed tour packages and customized travel plans based on customer requirements. Please read our policy carefully before booking.

1. No Refund Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• Once a tour package (standard or customized) is confirmed and payment is made, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

• This includes cancellations by the customer for personal, medical, or scheduling reasons.

2. No Return Policy

• Travel services once booked cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Hotel bookings, transport arrangements, and itinerary planning are considered final after confirmation.

3. Natural Disaster / Force Majeure Policy

In case of unavoidable situations such as:

• Natural disasters (landslides, heavy snowfall, floods, earthquakes)

• Government restrictions or road closures

• Weather-related travel disruptions

👉 The trip may be adjusted or rescheduled, subject to:

• Mutual agreement between Himachal Mysteries and the customer

• Availability of hotels, transport, and services

• Any additional cost arising due to rescheduling must be borne by the customer

• No cash refund will be issued in such cases

4. Customized Packages

• Customized packages are created based on customer discussions via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

• Once confirmed, these packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Any modifications after confirmation are subject to feasibility and additional charges.

5. Service Provider Limitations

Himachal Mysteries acts as a travel planner and facilitator. We are not responsible for:

• Delays or cancellations by hotels, transport providers, or third-party vendors

• Loss of belongings, accidents, injuries, or unforeseen expenses during the trip

6. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.

7. Acceptance of Policy

By booking a tour or making payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
